I`m looking for one anime i watched about 15 years ago

As far as i can remember the hole story is about some girls on space station, or spaceship and they are fighting aliens. I think the girls die on the end,or one girl just stays alive.

Maybe one girl got pregnant at the end but i`m not sure about that. Its not an adult anime and it has no adult scenes.

I know its a rough sketch but that is all what i remember.

I rented it 1993 (or `95) on VHS but i forgot the name.
That was my first anime movie that i watched and i want to watch it again.
Any thoughts what it could be?
