sleepless nights

gah! i'm having one of those sleepless nights again, i'm widely awake and just chilling on here and it made me wonder what other people do when they can't sleep..

when i can't sleep, i mostly read, work on photoshop, browse on the internet or sometimes clean up my room till the sun comes up, lol.

i'm just wondering, have you guys ever have one of those sleepless nights? if so, what do you guys do when your widely awake?

I have.
I usually just watch TV, go out somewhere, or just start texting everyone I know.

I pace around until I go crazy. Especially on a weeknight when my cable was gone. I sat there reading old comics & going crazy. Running was out of the question, & so was lifting weights since by 7:00 pm my body has zero energy for that.

I'll sit around, play video games or browse the web till I get sleepy. Sometimes a late night drink or 2 can knock me out if i'm tired enough.

I do what I'm doing right now, browse websites till I bore myself to sleep.

It's not working tho.

Yeah, I usually get sleepless nights. I can't really do anything but play on my DS or read until my eyes get sleepy, because i'll disturb everyone else. But if I can't be bothered doing that I either just lie in bed thinking about tomorrow (unless it gets you excited!!) or shut my eyes and drift : )) But don't get sleepless nights : \ Expecially if you have school the next day :\\\\
Oh, I also find if you eat a Banana or bread, it helps xD

That's interesting, I've been getting insomnia a lot lately.

I should go to bed later to counteract it, but then I'd never be able to get up for work.

i compose new songs,write stories,poetry.i read books or manga.but most of the time i write in my diary.

It happens. I just stubbornly lay in bed until I fall asleep.

I usually have sleepless nights if I go to bed after 1am, because then I'd be getting more energy back. If I go to bed early, then I have no problem. When I can't sleep, I usually listen to music until I fall asleep. Or pray to the lord.

I have had many of those. Just getting back the sleep from those nights last week. I usually try to relax my body starting at my feet. If that doesn't work I watch TV or Photoshop as well if he internet is not turned off by my dad. Or just try to think of nothing and try to get to sleep.

That's been happening to me more and more recently. I pretty much do what everyone else does. Read books/manga, play DS, browse the internet, or do sit ups (I want my stomach to be more muscular.)

I just toss and turn until I get comfortable. Eventually I fall asleep. This actually happened to me last night.

It barley happens to me, 'cause I'm always tired and will sleep on anyone's bed, even if inhabited.
But in the rare occasion where I might get insomnia, hell, PARTIEEE! If I'll drink coffee, I fear I might fall asleep.

Depends what the next day is - if I have absolutly nothing to do, no places to go or anything then I probably will give up on sleeping and read a book till the silly hours of morning - then probably crashout and sleep the day away

If I have things to do its stay in bed and wait - eventually I have to get bored enough to go to sleep

when i get sleppless nights, i usually just stay awake in my bed tossing and turning until i finally get to sleep.

last time i had a sleepless night, i listened to slipknot, which ,to be honest, didnt really help.
generally though, ill listen to music till im tired, or untill i need to get up again, whatever happens first

Most of the time if I have a problem sleeping I drink a big cold glass of Milk(most of the time it is choclate) really fast until I get the cold head ache and 90 percent of the time that puts me right back to sleep. If that doesn't work I put anime DVD in and relax.

Yes, I've had many of these nights... >.<
I would just turn on the light and read manga until my eyes got tired. When I was little I would wake up my mom and make her stay awake until I went to sleep. =3
