Winry because they grew up together and have developed a very strong bond.. i dont think that they would ever get together because it seems like Winry is always telling Ed what to do... kinda like a big sister.
I hope he ends up with Winry. Now that Brotherhood is airing, there's still a chance for it to happen in the anime.

I'd say Winry. They have more of a relationship in my opinion because they've known each other for so long, and Winry knows how to fix Ed
I would prefer WINRY over ROSE since Ed and Winry have shared a lot of moments together that simply makes you (>////<)!!!
