Well first of all, instead of saying,"Look at my signature and tell me about it," you should post it up, because you never know when you are going to change your signature.

Alright, now first of all, this looks like you took a picture and added text and effects over it.
While the effects are nice, it doesn't really blend in very well with the picture.
Also, the text should be closer together than all over the place. When it's all over the canvas, it tends to cause a quicker loss of interest.

Look at some tutorials and try those out. They might help out a lot.

Agreed. The text and effects don't work very well with the picture, and it kind of seems like the picture is being drowned out by the words and effects...

I like your concept though, I think the scattered text could bring an artistic feel to a signature, but if done correctly or creatively rather than looking like it was slapped on there to fill the voids. Maybe if the solid color of your 3D-ish lines were of the same color scale as the picture (in this case dark pale orange and warm tones)

The effects and text are taking over the canvas and focus @_@
Focus is split and too far apart, which makes it tiring to shift your eyes here and there, and also uninteresting imo ^^;;

Lastly, too much monochrome colors...
