Imadori Kyousuke merely has an obsession for D-cups or bigger. That's more the typical man reaction, in my opinion.

Kintaro Oe thinks C-Base, a computer language, is actually slang for sex. He hugs toilets that women have sat on.

Mifune Densuke is more of the "I just happened to end up in awkward situation, sometimes really good on my part." type of guy. Adequate answer nonetheless as he's surrounded by girls with huge racks.

I think Tenjin, Bacchi-Gu and Ichibanboshi Hikaru from Green Green are truly perverted since they actually sneaked into the girl's dorm and continuously tried to get to a girl's heart only to end up failing miserably.
