I apologize if this isn't in the right forum. But I went out yesterday and bought Ghost in the Shell SACC Boxset from FYE, and one of the DVDs doesn't work, (the second one, to be correct) meaning that the start menu has sound but when I play any of the episodes of the DVD, no sound.
So should I try taking the whole thing back and seeing if I can exchange it? Or should I try to talk it over with them and see if I can exchange the messed-up disc for another one that is already being sold there? I really don't want to exchange the entire boxset for a new one just because of the second disc... any suggestions?
