I would kick off Kanna and Naraku. I would kick off Kanna because she can't think for herself. As for Naraku I would kick him off and replace him with Hakudoshi as the main villain because Hakudoshi is basically Naraku but the difference is Hakudoshi is not afraid to take action and Naraku hides behind others and makes them do his bidding.
