Adds involving Audio

So, a little problem is recurently occuring to me. Little, but annoying.
This one add about a racing game is playing also audio effects, without even having to scroll on it.
Every hit page refresh starts with a growling noise badly immitating race car sounds.

I would appreciate that something would be done about it since at least for me it's very uncomfortable.
