Does anyone still play board games??

... or are we pretty much all only into the digital stuff.

I must admit, I've had some really fun times with friends playing "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?", "Trivial Pursuit" (although the questions can be ridiculously hard/lame) and even "Scrabble"!!

When I was little, my favorite games were "Chutes and Ladders" and "Candy Land".

If you still play "old fashioned" board games, what are your favorites?

I would like to give a shout out to some of the new co-operative games they're making now. These let you play together with friends and family instead of trying to beat them.

Board games are great. I play with my brothers and sisters occasionally, and I've even played a few games with coworkers sporadically. My favorites are Scrabble, Monopoly, Clue, Risk, Life, and Cranium.

These kids at the end of my lunch table started playing this zombie board game at lunch yesterday. [Not suprising that I actually hang out with a few] I just turned my head and joined the convo in my group. Like usual. Remember this is in High School. I was very.. Disturbed..
