I'm pretty sure the first season of KKM is licensed, so good luck finding it.
Your best bet would be torrents and there are plenty of torrent sites out there. Make sure to get the torrents that have comments so you can make sure it's actually is of KKM and nothing else.

Since Kyo Kara Maoh! has already been licensed and released on DVD (the second season is even on DVD by now), I suggest that you actually buy the DVDs.
