What do you hate about your area?

My living area consists of people who have no other work than poking their nose in others' business. I tried my best to ignore them and even did....but the sad thing is that they WON'T learn !

The thing I hate about my area is the tons of bulidings blocking my balcony view.

Mine was the tallest bulding in the block. It was good then. But in just 3-4 years, there's 12 buildings including 2 11-storey buildings right there.
It's annoying.

in our area, the mall is approximately an hour away.. and it's pretty "dusty" and all..

Everybody knows everything about everybody, people who don't mind their own buisness, rumors spread fast, everybody is related somehow and lots of immature people. ^^

I dont like how it takes like 15 minutes to get to the nearst store =S I guess its ok but thats one downside to be here =/

I live in a tiny town in a mountain valley, in a swamp, 25 miles from the nearest fast food place and 30 miles from a grocery store (late night munchies are never sated). Although this is the cheapest and safest place to live, it's also stupidly far from decent places to work. There was no cable, no broadband (T_T!) up until about a week ago (still working on getting my subscription), and there is no age appropriate entertainment (the closest bar, were I to subject myself to it, is an hour away and is a grubby old man hick joint). So basically I have no social outlet other than ye olde dial-up intarwebs. Also, small town politics make me want to punch puppies.

There're three things I don't like about my area. There are some overly religious people, it's kind of boring(from my perspective), and they have like every store/restaraunt except a Baskin Robbins! And I love Baskin Robbins. ;-;

I HATE SNOW.

Besides that part, I hate this area I've moved to because all the people my age here are lame. Most of them are pregnant/have kids and don't work/go to college, and live with their parents. I'm like, am I the only person not a deadbeat?

And like, none of the guys are single ;_;

And, there's nothing to do! =/

I go to college while living with my parents. Does that make me a deadbeat? Also, there are such things as online courses.

You can't say someone is a deadbeat just because they still live with their parents. Some of us can't afford to move out, especially with the way things are right now. And there is also some of us who don't work because we overload ourselves with college courses to try and get into a good school. So how is that being a deadbeat? Let's see you trying to take all my courses, then you'll see if that really is being a deadbeat.

Sigma, I never said a person who goes to college yet lives with their parents is considered a deadbeat.

Where I live it's too small and there is nothing to do and the things you can do you have to go out of town to do them. And in the winter there is always tons of snow!

I hate that most of the girls in my city are preps - shiny pinky things... it would be ok if it were just like... the third of girls, but no... everywhere... it really pisses normal people off!!! And another thing about those preps - they're all SO stupid!! AAAHH!! It bugs me to even talk about it ;D
The other thing i hate is that all the people in my city are unfriendly, really intolerant and annoying. No murders etc, but just plain rude and mean ;[

The thing i hate the most is that our country is aout to go nuts - in nuts i mean now, we have to pay almost twice we did for bread! How insane is that?! I know that this is happening everywhere these days, but come on, the vages are not getting bigger and it's so much harder for my family to keep up... ;[
