I guess that I'd suit the other meaning, that is terror.


aku no uta narihibiki kyoufu ga sekai o tsutsumu
"teikou nado muda na koto" dare ka no koe ga suru
The terror, resounding an evil song, wraps the world
"Things like resistance are useless", someone's voice carries out

I don't know how I could translate it like this.
