If you could have any Video Game, Book, Show, or anime made into a movie what would it be? I'd have to say the Paper Mario series would make a good cartoon, or a Legend of Zelda anime (not like the old one).

Glad you put the "not like the old one" phrase back there, Zelda, THAT Zelda is perhaps one of the most pathetic animated shows i've ever seen.
"Well, excuuuuuuuuse me princess!"
Metroid maybe? Yes and No. It certainly has potential, but then again, look what happened to Doom.
DC's Identity Crisis? Yes, it'll definitely be a different take on superhero movies.
So there's Transformers and G.I.Joe, why not Centurions: Power Extreme? It's another animated series from the 80s, not really that popular but aesthetically its definitely something worth turning into a live action movie...at least its a better choice than Captain Planet or Denver the Last Dinosaur.
I've been reading the Brothers Grimm fairytales, and I would like to have the Jim Henson version of it to be put on screen -- exactly as how it is told (with a twist). I don't think the Heath Ledger Grimm movie did it justice.

i would go for elfen lied cause its that good and it needs to have the manga ending in the movie too!!!!!!!
games: metal gear, half-life (the first one would need a little creativity, tv adaptation would also make sense), xenogears (tv, would take 3 seasons at least), vampire: the masquerade (again, tv adaptation, kindred: the embraced lacked complexity)
catcher in the rye is the only great novel i can think of that has yet to be adapted into a movie
i fear the anime adaptations, i don't know a single one that didn't end up being a colossal failure.
and i think that series are superior to the movies (possibility-wise) because of their length, so adapting them into movies is the dumbest thought ever, almost like trying to pour a river into a glass. movie series that should get a tv adaptation, on the other hand are cube (with the lost-esque flashbacks) and mad max (seriously, i don't know what the hell that was, but i know that i love it!)
Time of the Eagle, is my favorite book, and I think it'd look really good as a movie :]

Archmage Evelyn Nightingale, Guardian of the North, at your service.
Formally known as Vanilla Kiss.
Gears of War and Metal Gear are both supposedly on track for live action releases.
Out of all the anime I've seen the movie I want to be made into a Life action film (that's not already being made into one) is Black Lagoon. It's probably one of the best suited shows to make the transition.
As for games, I'd have to say Zelda. No clue why they haven't done anything yet.
As for books? I don't know, every good book gets made into a movie anyways. I mean they are already using the more obscure super heroes and anti-heroes now.
One of my favorite books may already be turning into a movie. I am unsure if it has been done before, but On the Road by Jack Kerouac is set to be released this year or next. I would also really love to see my favorite Carson McCullers novel, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter as a movie. I think there is one screen adaptation made in 1968, but I could never find the movie anywhere.

Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!

I thought more along the lines of a Hollywood adaption. It'd be the ultimate monument to that car chases and plenty of CGI makes people watch anything. Hollywood film script quality has already stooped below that of 1970s porn. Why even bother having a script?

I think the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld would be good... although I don't know where you could get that many Pretties.
(you have to have read the book to understand what I'm talking about)
Momma's Boy. Damn good book & a perv that sits in bushes & "crunches the berries" in bushes is cool in my book.
Legend of the Dragoon, Metal Gear Solid, Soul Calibur, Legend of Zelda, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
In memories of LikeNaruto.com, the best Naruto site/Social Network ever created
Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451.
Just the way that book was written makes me want to make it a movie myself...if it wasn't made into a movie back in the 50's 60's or 70's already, an i just don't know about it
My sister is Kissed by Neji my OTHER sister is Morning Grace.......i gots family!

There's another one supposed to come out in 2010, but as there's no cast as of yet it seems iffy. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0360556/

Splinter Cell would make a decent movie, I could see Halo as a movie too.
The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. With the right people, someone might actually be able to pull it off.
Besides movie adaptations, I really want to see the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan made into an anime.
"If a person who indulges in gluttony is a glutton, and a person who commits a felony is a felon, then God is an iron."
-Spider Robinson, God Is an Iron
The Night's Dawn trilogy by Peter F Hamilton.
Admittedly, it would have to be called something else, but it is worthy of a film or anime series adaptation as long as they don't fag it up like alot of movie adaptations. There are so many good books which have been insulted and shamed by poor film adaptations.
Final Fantasy VI should also be made into a film, but under a different name.
I have that first book sitting in my room, but nonetheless, it is being made into a movie.
Book>film adaption, I'd go for The Gun Seller by Hugh Laurie. Laurie already has a scripts and stuff for it, if I recall.
Manga>film...hm. MPD Psycho could work. It'd have to be a trilogy or so. It might also be banned here, haha!
Anime>film I'd want Beck. That would be pretty easy to translate to if a few tweaks were made.
Game>film...Skies of Arcadia would be cool...Haha. A Zelda movie would be cool, too.
