Usually when I'm picturing myself in a situation I have to speak it out loud to write it down. After that, I'm like, "Okay, bed time...again."

Yeah, I think I'm more of a "think out loud" sort of person when I do it at all. I don't hold conversations with myself though. But as the song goes, "It's your thing, do what you wanna do".

I don't really talk to myself, but I talk out loud whenever I need to remember something. Talking out loud really helps you remember.

yes and apparenly in my sleep too , although in my sleep i said "is this the first time you've ever seen a cat" my freinds laughed so much about it the next day and i never knew what happened.

All the time. I have at length conversations with myself. I guess it could be split personality because i have like the other side have different opinions and agreements/disagreements.

It's okay to talk to yourself, it's even okay to answer yourself... but when you ask yourself "what did you just say?" then you know you have problem.

But, alot of people talk to themselves. Sometimes it's a sign of mental health .. sometimes it's a sign of schizophrenia.

yup. I talk to myself whenever the need -or want- arises. I can talk to myself for hours and still not get bored. it may be due to my multiple pesonalities, or my imaginary friends, but the inside of my head is never quiet!is there any other way to think? I also do this when I do math problems. It makes it easier to do the math. to other people it sounds like random numbers, but to me it figures out the problem. It's like there's a brain in my mouth that tells my hand what to write.

Hmm sometimes I think...though I think more than I talk I think...I usually talk more when I have to study though, I find it's a good way to study and memorise stuff lol....but I think I don't have a conversation with myself as such...it's more like trying to reason things and things like that hehe

I talk to myself all the time. I've even had in-depth discussions with myself where each voice has a different opinion on a matter. It's actually a very useful skill that helps me prepare for something (for example, you're going to talk with someone about something you won't find it easy to talk about).
