I want more info on this userbar thingies. Just enough to make me understand it and so I can make a few for myself. If anyone can help me, then that would be really helpful.

You know. If you actually click the Userbar link above and read what's there, you'd understand. Playing around with the options help as well. I believe most of the people here did theirs by themselves. It's not hard at all. You can even make one on Photoshop. There's nothing more to explain, really.
