    Arrow Stubborn muscle!! T_T

    What muscle is the hardest for you to develop or get any results out of?? And why do you think that??



    The top of my pecs is the hardest muscle for me to get any results out of T_T The bottom for some strange reason got waaaaay more developed and stands out, but the tie in with the top barely shows e.e Which sucks D: I dunno why, I did all the necessary exercies for it, but still, nothing D=

    My back and shoulders. For some reason i can never really get it toned or anything. Like i do the correct excerise and the form for it and eat the recommend protein after but i can never get any results in that area.

    Uhm, ok. Awkward...

    Well, the muscles I seem to have a hard time putting to use would be my biceps. I can lift things fairly well, but on more than one account they seem to fail me.

    Now, my legs on the other hand (lol), are nice and strong and slowly, but surely, getting to the point where they will soon look like Kate Winslet's legs. :3 Walking around all day at work has good side effects.

    Push ups help with the back...but you must do them alot.

    I figure my most stubborn muscles are my abs and my triceps. Curl after curl and sit-up after sit-up...to no avail.

    As to the first post... Yea i have trouble with my upper chest as well. My problem is i did about a two month chest expansion late last year... Ended dumping like 6 1/2 inches to my chest... Well i havent been on it this year so now i have the mass but it doesnt look good in anyway shape or form. Its certainly surprises people though when me (5'4" 125lbs) can only wear large t-shirts.

    Up rigth rows should be a good steady work out for your upper chest and shoulders. They are my favorite workout. Ever... I do these even on my punching bag day. Well those and curls. Curls...i do them all the time and still no results... ehh you win some you lose some.

    Abs. I can get it to the flat and firm point no worries, but any kind of actual definition seems to elude me. Oh well. Everything else tones up easily and well. Arms and shoulers/upper back probably fastest.

    I don't work out on Weights that much. Going to soon getting Gym pass so I can get in Shape. But Even though I am not in the greatest shape my muscles are still there and strong... I guess my Lower back muscles are pretty weak but thats about it.

    Rest of my Body has decent Sized muscles just need to be toned.

    Yes, yes maybe it just the lack of meat or something, but I do agree. It tooke me ages to devolpe some definition. I've been doing abs exercise since the seventh grade and only resently saw results in the eleventh grade. But at least I got some results there.

    However for me leg muscles, it seem to take endless amount of time to even slightly change it. Most people have them more devolped because they have more weight to carry then I do, in that way I do think I am at a disadvantage to most other people. It's just not fair, hmm, in tennis that is prettymuch the most important muscle group to use.

    I wouldn't say weight has everything to do with it. I've never been heavy and my legs tone up well and quickly. I imagine the shape of the legs plays into it a good deal (as well as exactly how they're being exercised, of course). I have very long thighs. Makes me a good runner/swimmer, and exercise takes effect on them rapidly.

    First, Eris, love that post.

    Second to the OP - you may have done the exercises for it, but are you eating enough protein? Muscle is built in the kitchen not from repeated presses. If you are having that much trouble why not up your protein intake by 30-40g and see what happens?

    All muscles grow the same way. When you use excercises and weights that are good for increasing them in size and power it hurts after one has finished the lifting and such, does it not? This is because your muscles are ripping themselves everytime that you exercise them, and this is so that they can grow. Once they heal they will become larger in size and such. It is the same routine with everyone. It depends on how much lifting you do in one time, so that your muscles will be much stronger and will be able to handle more next time. T'is the same with running for your legs. The more you run the more the muscles will grow in size and capacity.

    My legs.I nearly broke a guy's jaw for messing with my backpack.Chuck Norris has nothing on me.Lou Dobbs however can kill me so I can never be as strong as him.

    As for weak my left arm.It just won't get muscle regardless how hard I try.
