What muscle is the hardest for you to develop or get any results out of?? And why do you think that??
The top of my pecs is the hardest muscle for me to get any results out of T_T The bottom for some strange reason got waaaaay more developed and stands out, but the tie in with the top barely shows e.e Which sucks D: I dunno why, I did all the necessary exercies for it, but still, nothing D=
