Help...please.
I am having alot of problems trying to create a cool wallpaper. the best program i've got is paint. seriously. i can scan pictures but i'm not sure how to blend the colors with just this program. i can't afford to buy anything fancy. Advice?
I stop. Hide. Only the thrill of the chase keeps me going. The same reason why I hide. Their enthusiam for hunting makes me eager to join in. But I must wait. My turn will come as soon as I can run back. Why else would I play Hide-n-go-seek.
You should check into getting Gimp. It's a free open source photoshop-ish program. I've never used it personally, but everyone else I've talked to that used it seems to like it.

i've also tried photobie in photobie.com . . but gimp is still better. .

Another great and free program is Paint.NET. Search it and you'll find it no time, it's pretty good. :]

To be honest... Just mess around with things. When you first open it up it will have tools at the top so just create a blank page and test them all out. That way you can find out what each thing does. Does that help?
