[GIMP] Maru's vector tutorial

So this is a tutorial for my entry to the latest SOTW contest [MaruDashi]




I've notice a lack of tutorials for our GIMP users so I made this tutorial [pardon the spelling errors, I just finished and it's 4:50 am too lazy to change right now]

If you have an questions then ask here or via PM, this my first tutorial ever so don't be harsh on me.

It's really long as even a novice GIMPer can follow this, people with photoshop should be able to follow this fairly easily.
