All of them.

It was only Batman and the Punisher that did not hide behind pathetic powers. Alas, if these "super" heroes did not recieve their powers then the chances are that they would never have had the back-bone to save people as they do now. Yet Batman and The Punisher decided to do so by their own natural thinking, knowledge, and money.

Superman may have. He doesn't do good because of his powers, he does good and holds the values he does because of his familial upbringing. He wouldn't have the money or motive Batman does, however.
