It happens occasionally. I'm not particularly fun to make fun of though. I don't get offended or upset, and neither do I make fun of other people, so the person that makes fun of me typically comes off looking like a total jerk.

Ha ha, yeah. This applies to me also. I have been made fun of for some of my interests and behavior, but I just ignore it and don't argue back. Firstly, I try to avoid arguments/fights, because that's what the person wants you to do. They want you to argue back, then slip up, so they can make fun of you more--it's like fuel for them. I just keep in mind that they're opinion means no more than my own, and that they're the ones acting immature and idiotic by wasting their time and breath making fun of someone who couldn't care less about them. It's their loss really, not mine. Heh.

Mostly people say that I'm going to hunt them down because they think that if I'm nice to you and you're a guy, I want to go out with you.

I generally try not to think about it and don't care, and say such things about those who make fun of me behind their backs.

Has anyone ever picked on you, or called you gay because of something you liked to do?Did you back down and stop doing the thing you loved cuz you didn't want to keep getting made fun of, or did you stick up for yourself and continued to be yourself, and not let anyone change you?

Yeah. These girls used to make fun of my skin condition (eczema) in middle school. I told them that it really hurt my feelings but knowing what mean girls they were they responded "Like we care" After that I started having a rough attitude, not caring about what ever they said. But now I hardly ever tell someone if they are seriously hurting me or if I have a problem with them. My courage for conferentation is totally shot down.

I guess...its because I'm the only foreigner in my school..>>; And the only one that looks Korean and speaks English really well. Some admires my looks, but I guess some don't like me (mainly them 2nd year girls that I wanna bash their heads on the wall), but the guys never tease me on it.
For speaking English really fast and good, they actually always ask me to repeat what I say. But if I know they don't mean it, then I don't repeat myself. D:
Also for not speaking in Tagalog, also if I do try, they make fun of my accent. Bish, at least I don't make fun of your crappy English accent! D< Their accent SUXORS TO HELL! >/

I've been made fun of. For being short and my hair color. (it's auburn) and for just being someone who reads far too much.
I have zero motivation.
I love to read and write. And people brought me down because at a young age, i was reading college level books.
It hurts to be made fun of, it lowers your self-esteem and makes you think your talent or what you like to do, is worthless.
It's not.
If YOU love to do it, then it shouldn't matter what anyone else says.
I moved away from the school that treated me that way, then met a lot of people just like me.
I NEVER gave up on what I believed.
I'm a stronger person today, plus, i'm too lazy to care what others think of me. which kinda pisses them off. lol

Plenty of times... it ranged from the way i looked to the way i spoke...it did get to me when i was younger but i finally understood after sumtime tht people do things like this either because they are bored or narrow minded...i learned to rise above such individuals and not even take notice of em is the best way to go

Not anymore. Well, if I am made fun of I sure don't notice :/ It's a cross between not caring and just being plain oblivious. I only got made fun of in the first year or two of high school, after that people moved on to doing something else.

I used to be made fun of a lot when I moved to the states. I was the pudgey french girl with the bushy hair. That stopped for the most part when I entered High school.
