Lately I've been seeing this character in some youtube slideshows and such. Does anyone know the name of the character or atleast where she's from?

Her name is Ignis and she's from a Japanese game called Jingai Makyō. If you want to find more pictures of her, do a google image search using "Max Factory Ignis".
