I find Prince of Tennis really entertaining because every other word is English. Dunk Shotu!, etc. I also love the explosion sounds every time the ball hits the court.

My favourite move is the Boomerang Snake. I tried to do it in real life with a badminton birdie but it didn't work

I love Prince of Tennis! It's one of my favorite manga/anime series. My favorite characters are Kaidoh Kaoru and Tezuka Kunimitsu. My favorite technique is Ryoma's Twist Serve. ^^

I like this anime a lot. But somehow, I got tired of watching it. Maybe because the local airing of this show stopped in the middle of the series and replayed from the first episode again.
Hmm~ Ryoma is too cool to be a kid. Oh wait, he's not a kid? But he sure looks like one. XDD

I always found it super frustrating how they could stretch a game out to make it into about three episodes XP. It's still a good series though

Back in high school, I used to watch Prince of Tennis with my teammates from the tennis team...mainly to laugh at how ridiculously stupid it was...but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

...anyone else ever wonder why despite the fact that everyone in that show plays at a very high level, no one ever seems to have the sense to bother figuring out that Ryoma's twist serve just has heavy topspin and to adjust accordingly?

As for favourite shot, would be Kaido's Snake Shot for me. Mainly because I frequently used a side spin slice in my own game, which is probably the closest real life equivalent to his snake shot -_-

My favorite character in the prince of tennis would probably be FUJI SYUUSUKE. I admit he's too good to be a genius!

I love his triple counters and his so-called HECATONCHEIRES no MONBAN.cool however it just cannot be drawn in a real match.

I also like the one who defeated him in the Nationals Semi finals. It was SHIRAISHI, the gorgeous looking captain[no special techniques though]of Shitenhouji Chuu.And Im currently working a fanfic for this pair.

I like this anime, I havent read the manga yet (though I plan on starting to get the manga soon) and my favorite characters are Ryoma Echizen and Tezuka Kunimitsu mainly. I also found a new yaoi pairing too lol My favorite moves, are Fuji's triple counter, Momoshiro's dunk smash, Tezuka Zone, and Fuji's disappearing serve!

especially when it's aired on cartoonetwork
which is why i couldnt really get into it
for the most part i liked it.

Fuji was my favorite character, but the Tezuka Zone was always my favorite technique. ^^
