Why do members ignore each other here?
It's on everybody's nature xD that's why we become members of a public forum >.<
No, no... really, what do you mean?
I think i haven't ignored anyone here *gets shy*
Eh I mean I've been here a while but it feels like I only know about two members by name. Can anyone tell me why that is? Do I need to stir up some sort of ridiculous farce to become known? I understand that reputation isn't everything but jeez, I admit I'd enjoy this forum wayyy more if I knew a few more members here! And is the girl in your avatar from the anime clannad??
Haruhi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya <3
ha well... i dunno that...
but hey i only know one member name ^^ so i think now i am wondering the same...
Oooohh! I love the song "God knows" from that anime!
Also, this thread wasn't intended to make you think that way. I just thought I'd let AF know what I thought, I really like this forum which is why I stay here. I've been through a few forums as long as I get along with the administration i find myself remaining active on forums. What brought you here if you don't mind me asking?
I admit to being vaguely aware of your screen name, but 130 posts over nearly a year isn't enough to separate you from the pack, as it were. There are a lot of people posting, and if you don't make yourself standout, either for better or worse, you won't.
If you want to become an instant internet celebrity, try befriending people in chat. It works for many people.
Also, this isn't the place for this sort of discussion, etcetera.
Ehhh, I dunno if I'll stick around. We'll see.

Hey Manhattan!! I definitely remember you and I sure hope there are no problems here. It sure has been a while since our last chat, wouldn't you agree?
Be as active as you can. It also helps to discuss in topics as opposed to stating your opinion and leaving. If you have some kind of talent (such as signature making), then use that to gain popularity and meet new people. Try to strike a conversation with someone. Every conversation you have will be one more person you know.
I have a bad habit of simply stating my opinion and leaving a discussion never to return. Thats probably part of my problem. On a certain previous forum, I was highly active for about 2 years until I was hit with the perma ban. I hope this isn't a repeat. As for graphics: this is the very thing that persuaded me not to pursue Web Design. Now I want to do something in programming. But hopefully you guys can help me with photoshop.
just googled "anime forum" and found this place XD it was that easyWhat brought you here if you don't mind me asking?
but I agree with Psychicmind... you can stand among others by staying active... being talented or just posting your opinions =)
Well, the thing is, I'd practically have to start from the beginning. I have no gallary to show off to you guys. I need a starting ground that way I won't have to ask for others to design my arts. I was hesitant on making this thread but I had just went on ahead and made it being afraid that a mod would come along and lock it but now I'm glad I made it!
And the name Lawlieth sounds eerily familiar. If I'm not mistaken, its "L" from Death Note?

Sig by me
Yay xD from death Note -L - Lawliet
I just wanted it to sound girly.... XP
I got a Sig thread .. lots of us have one xD i think
Here there are very talented people, in my opinion =)
Ha I LOVE Death Note. Also, would you say GIMP is able to create images equivalent to Photoshop? I have both but am just curious about GIMP
And I like your use of transparent backgrounds. Its one concept I've always wanted to grasp.
Hey Syscal how did u start the thread
Simply browse to the respective forum of your topic and click the "New Thread" button. Welcome by the way.
oh well.. i don't know GIMP sorry X_x
Photoshop is pretty easy and grat I love it
there are lots of tutorials online thats how I learned ^^
and thanks I love transparent backgrounds ^^
I have used both, but I prefer Photoshop. The GIMP doesn't have the filters that Photoshop has, IIRC. I've also found more tutorials for Photoshop than The GIMP.
Thanks for the info
Ignore, huh?
Sorry, did you say something?
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.
Because we're all elitists here. That's what forums are all about!
Tru Fax: Princess Minako wrestled Jesus... and won
Try to post more, try to make wise posts, or be friendly, perhaps.
So far, over 15+ already know me and I been ehre for a month. ^_^
Because this is the internets.
Why would I bother befriending people I will never meet?
