sai from shippuden. his outfit does and doesnt fit his personallity. he's gay so it fits him good. but its different which doesnt go with his non-standing out no emotions personality. low cut pants, belly shirt, one long sleeve and one short sleeve. lee+gai are freaky too. the scary part is gai tried to give one to naruto but jiriya obviously got rid of it seeing as naruto never wore it.
furries suck. plain and simple.

I have to agree with everyone else that Guy and Lee definitely have the weirdest outfits on the show with their green unitards and orange leggwarmers. Although Sasuke's black outfit in the Chunin exams and Kankuro's outfit with the hood and cat ears definitely come in as a close second.
