Ok, here in AF, this is sorta like a game. If you view the public profile of a person, you'll see a lick that says, "Register your admiration for this user"
Once you click on that link, that user will receive an PM alert that someone registered admiration for him/her.

If that same user registered admiration to a user who also registered admiration for that user then it will be a match. They will each receive a PM from Chii-chan tellin them that they match.

Get it?
