Chopsticks

I still don't see why it's so hard to use them for some people. People at school get all amazed when I can grab things with two pencils/two pens/a pencil and a pen. Of course, this is coming from one who took a year to get used to eating noodles with a fork.

I can use chopsticks. But I don't go out of my way to get them.

Same here. When I do use them, it'll be for whatever I feellike trying them on. Be it popcorn, rice, green beans, etc, etc. (Use the imagination). Also, since I'm soooo immature, when I have them in one point of time they'll be up my nose while I'm making weird noises (Best thing to do in public).

I eat everything with chopsticks. They're like an extension of my fingers; I can even eat peas with them.

Oh and at Panda Express. I don't use the chopsticks there. I hardly ever see Asian people eating there using them, so why should I?

Ha!! And at Panda Inn(the Chinese Restaraunt in our town) we go there to eat sometimes, and at the end of every meal, I'd just snag me like, 5-6 pairs of chopsticks!!(they are free after all, and they didn't give us a limit on how many we're allowed to take---->now, I'm just being rude!! ). But a good question for me is: Why would I take them if I don't need them?? Actually, I don't really know, maybe...use them as little arrows??And also, why is it that the Asian people in the Asian restaraunts never eat with chopsticks?? Is it that they could be so americanized and so whitewashed, that they simply just disregard the chopstick as an eating utencil?? Or could it be that they were born in the US, adapted into the American lifestlye, and just decide to use forks and spoons only?? Anyways, I don't see any Asians eating there in the first place!! We're like the only Asians there(besides the employees and managers).

I do own a pair since the curiousity got the better of me and can use them. Though I use them only when eating ramen and other pieces of food when I feel like it.

I love to use chopsticks. =D O.o; it actually wasn't that hard for me to learn. D= still need to work on eating non-sticky rice with them though. x/

I like the song too. ^^ ...I can play it on my piano...terribly... ^^;

Edit: OH YEAH! I own like...4 pairs. xD two sets of plastic red ones, one set of light-colored wood ones, and some made from darker wood.

I "can" eat with them, but well... lets just say its more of a spectators sport than actually eating.
Then there are the possible law suits that I have to worry about from splintered sticks flying threw the air and striking down people eating near by.

I eat steak more than Asian, so... they are actually very inconvenient for me to use, seeing how I wont have a free hand for a knife .

i have never eaten with chopsticks, but i know how to use them pretty good, i learned when i use to collect baby geckoes, it was hard moving them with my hands in the box i put them in so i used chopsticks

By a chinese Restaurant i have ate with Chopsticks.

At home i eat with spoons and forks. But this is normal, then i came from Germany.

But eating with chopsticks make a lot of fun.

I never use chopsticks. I don't have any abitity into hold these sticks in the current position. I prefer fork.

i use chopsticks when i want to (since im also Asian)...but it also depends on the food...eating porkchop with chopsticks would be too troublesome for me, but if it were just noodles or rice, then i wouldnt mind... ^_^

My boyfriend met my family + extended family for the first time yesterday. He was the only white guy within a 30 foot radius in the Chinese restaurant we went to. He took a 10 course dinner like a champ, and my aunt complimented him on his chopstick skillz. I was so proud.
