Yay! Another wallpaper. I'm not sure if it would be considered PG-13 so I just put the tag anyways. This took me about 2 days to do. I did it in GIMP as always. And critiques will be loved.

It's nice.

I like the colour scheme you used and how you captured different scenes from the anime in the background. Also the placement of the text is good and the border works well too.

Though I do have some critique (what else is to expect from me :P)

The stroke applied around the three girls doesn't look all that good. if you had continued with the border here, that would have looked better. Ofcourse the border shouldn''t touch the girls.
Also I don't like how I can see certain effects are above the focus... There are lines and so on running over the main focus and this is a bit distracting.

That's all.. because all in all it looks really nice, you just need to change those details imo.

I would suggest you to play with transparency more. Overall the wallpaper is good, but it's not ok for the background to be seen on the character's face. O_o;;

EEEEEI! I love it! The background is dynamic without being crowded. You did a great job of using space without wasting or leaving big empty spaces. And I LOVE the girls, tehe. I recently been on a Haruhi pics craze so, tehe.
I might just have to get back into some projects just so I can compare works with ya again. Hope to see more soon.
