For the first, cute and hot are not the same thing and second, hm.. I dont really know.
I havnt thought of that at all if I have to be honest. But... not exactly cute but he isnt bad looking either... In a scale of five I give him... 3½.^^

Compared to other characters, not really. But I do think he's quite nice
I preferred him when it was the opening few episodes and he was more lanky and tall rather than muscly (sp?)
