I've never taken an actual official IQ test so I don't know. Prpbably around 110-120. An internet test scored me at 132 but then they tried to sell me a book of IQs with my name in it. BAKA!!! Obviously my IQ was high enough to know not to but the book.

Besides, they don't count if not everyone takes the same test. I could get full-blown genius on one and get a hundred on another.

I took a government administered test when I was 14, and it rated me at 132. Genius level was 140, and the tester told me that had my math been better (it was very weak at the time) I could have made genius level.

To be honest, I've considered spending another 200 to get another one done, just for the hell of it, to see if I could actually do it and get into Mensa.

A better question is what is your definition of intelligence? To me, as long as you are open-minded and inquisitive about your surroundings, you're probably fairly intelligent. People are intelligent in different ways, because intelligence in itself encompasses many different things. If you're creative, observant, an abstract thinker, and approach solving problems in a systematic way you're intelligent. A number doesn't matter.

Intelligence alone is pointless, what matter is motivation and hard work. I've seen people smarter than me fail at school, get dismissed and just leave. They weren't dedicated, they wasted their intellect on pointless activities.
Of course you need some to get started, but you wont get too far with it alone

The county school district I was in created a new program called "RLC" (Resource Learning Center or, as our classmates called us, "Retarded Little Children" ) when I was in third grade back in the 70's. I and many other students were given IQ tests to determine if we were qualified to be in the program (which required an IQ of 125+). The first time I was tested, in third grade, I had an IQ of 142. Later I was tested again in sixth grade and scored a 147. I haven't been tested since, and since IQ declines during adulthood, I'm sure that I would score lower now.

However, before I sound too much like I'm patting myself on the back, I should mention that I was an immature child and never really applied myself in school the way I should have. Many of my classmates that didn't qualify for RLC outperformed me in High School and were more successful as adults as well. IQ is really just a number that describes your potential...It requires emotional maturity, ambition and drive to succeed in life, not a high IQ...

I.Q. is a cup. The higher your I.Q., the larger the cup is. It is up to you to fill the cup with knowledge. Everything in life is potential. One of my self-quotes is:

I believe in possibilities. But I only believe in can possibilities, not will possibilities.

That meaning, I believe that there are always many possibilities, but that they are not dictated by chance. There are not possibilities that you "will" reach your aspiration, but there are possibilities that you "can" reach your aspirations.

By the way, I'm taking an I.Q. test next week, I haven't taken one in forever, since I was 10 really. I think I got a 13x. I don't know the last digit.

I once took this IQ test over the internet, it was a never ending test that occasionally repeated some questions. I realised this and gave up on the 20th page where as my friends kept going well past 100.

Heck if I know. I really don't try hard. Though I don't have a number, I do consider myself a tad intelligent, and I know that if I did apply myself I'd probably be really good at almost everything I try. I'm just not disciplined. :/ I'm really good artist, but I failed all [but one] of my highschool art classes because I'm so friggen lazy.

Okay, having collected every supposed IQ of people in this thread so far:
125, 53, 132, 145, 130, 135, 132, 142, 148, 146, 108

I calculated the mean value: 126.9, with a standard deviation of 27. This value is off the charts. This is a statistical abnormality that I don't believe in one bit, that 11 random people were to have an average IQ of 127 and three of them having an IQ above 145?!

IQ is a bell curve with standard deviation 15 and an expected value of 100. This means that you're 68% likely to have an IQ less than 115. 95% likely to be beneath 130, 99.7% likely to be beneath 145. -- That is, three people in a THOUSAND have > 145 IQ -- not three in eleven.

We could fix this by introducing a value adjustment, subtract 27 from your presumed IQ, and you will get a realistic value.

I know what you're saying, but mine wasn't some internet piece of crap, it was fully Government administered and recognized... why take down my number to fit in with an average? If the paper wasn't back in Shilo, Manitoba I'd scan it even.

I couldn't be bothered to take an official IQ test created by the institution psychilogist, but online Tests have given me a wide range of results from... 115 to 150. Highly doubting the accuracy.
