Gasaraki . . . the good, the bad, the ugly...

A couple years back, I watched a preview for Gasaraki. The theme song was amazing - and they made it look very cool. They highlighted mech fighting - with some pretty cool military artwork...

everything seems pretty cool

I went ahead and bought the first 3 DVD's at an Anime convention and I must be honest in saying I was quite let down. The series was strange - but in a boring way.

I didn't really want to keep watching - but I kept hoping the series would pick up and deliver the promises I had envisioned.

Any comments on this series? Anyone else let down by this title?

Yep i have watched it...i bought the boxset as it was only 22 bucks including shippin to london which is cheap.

Anyway yea i agree it was boring but also kind of interesting, i didnt feel it was a drag when watching it. I wouldnt watch it again in a hurry though loll

Yeah - I guess my expectations were just so high from the awesome preview / trailer they had for it.
I STILL like the trailer :P
