My drawing of Naruto -character

I am trying to upload a drawing of Kakashi from Naruto. I keep getting the message that the dimentions are too big, what do I do?

Do u have photoshop or any other image editing program? Usually you can make it smaller by going to "Save for Web", or Transform the picture physically in the editing program to make it smaller. Hope that helps...
