I was just wondering if you speak another language other than English.. doesn't matter if you only speak a little bit or you speak fluently.

For me, I speak Mandarin, it was fluent before, but not now cuz once I learned English and some other languages, my Chinese got worser..

I speak English fluently and Spanish almost fluently.

I'll be taking German soon, and I've been accepted on a complete scholarship to take a college Japanese class. Yes... life is good XD! I plan on also learning Dutch, Norwegian, French, Korean, and Portuguese some day. Big expectations, I know... but language is very important to me.

I live in a small town so my only real options at school are spanish and french but the french teacher is a bee with an itch so I just take spanish and since this is my first year, I'm not really capable of being fluent but I am getting better.

Really?? Cool! My last name is, "Lau," but I'm pretty sure that the two don't correspond with eachother. My parents could always teach me Cantonese and Mandarin(if I actually sat down and took lessons, and took it seriously). As for Japanese, it will have to wait until later.

I sort of hate how one word can stand of like 3 different things in English. Like the word "Ma" can easily be understood as either "Mom" or horse, depending how your tone is.
