Thats a decent one by the looks of things. The links in the box will show you practically anything; how to draw eyes, female figures, hair styles and so on.

I used to swear by the "How to Draw Anime & Game Characters" series by Tadashi Ozawa, myself... that's all before I realized I really didn't have the talent nor the patience for that stuff. It's in English as well and you can find it on Amazon.

I used to have links for a bunch of drawing sites but the only one I can recall off the top of my head is this one:

    http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/index.htm

It's been ages since it's been updated, and the explanations are rather brief, but I found it pretty helpful.

To be serious, though, it's always better to have a solid background in more realistic styles of art before taking on manga. I've found acquiring one of those art books with photographs of people in various poses (it could even be a sports magazine or some such, actually) and then copying them in your sketchbook is great practice.

    Anyhoo, good luck ^-^*

Like Datenshi said, learning how to draw actual people before learning highly-stylized "anatomy" will help tremendously with things like proportion and perspective.

It's difficult, but something you'll need to learn eventually if you're serious about it.

The "How to Draw Manga" series of books is useful. I recommend the "Putting things in perspective" book as well as "Compiling characters". They're a good way to start off. The anatomy book in this series isn't too great though, might be better just to get a general one.
