here's basically what it feels like:
take your hand and make a fist
move your thumb up so it's almost wrapping around between the base length of your finger (between your first and second knuckle).
put your lips against it and open and close them like you'd be kissing.
sure it's dry, but if you lube it up with a bit of spit, it's basically the same.
