Alot of mistakes, alot....

First of all:
could you please change the name to "Tsuki ni Kawatte Oshioki yo" ?
"Tsukini" should be "Tsuki ni", and "yo" is a particle so it should be small

Then, description of the song should be changed from "Ai ha Dokoni Aruno?" to "Insert song". This song appears only in one episode of 1st season, so it's insert song.

Then, under credits, only this is put:
Mamoru's Image Song ==> this can't be more wrong... please remove this..

Finnaly, correct credits:
