This is hard. I really like Rukia. She's very self-conscious but doesn't openly flirt or do things for her personal gain. She's spunky and you've got to love it when she smacks Ichigo or yells at Renji. xD

Otherwise... Yoruichi is pretty awesome too. Ninja skills+kitty+hot for the win.

Naruto girls... seem pretty one-dimensional to me. =/ Not much personality going... although some of them are rather pretty. Sakura's gotten a lot more interesting and admirable during Shippuden. (hay she's actually useful lol)

In Death Note a lot of characters are really awesome, but there's always something about them that starts to get bothersome. Misa is a ditz. People seem to like L a lot (I do too!) but he's honestly not that good looking, and he keeps to himself too much. But I guess everyone's only human in the end...
