Wow, half the people here really hate Myspace. 0_o; I think it's okay. It woudn't really bother me if it was deleted, because helf my friends live in the same town and practically go to the same school as me, and the other half are strangers, and a few are from AF. People should be even more careful, the danger is increasing, because my mom told me about an article she found in a foreign newspaper, that 5 teens committed suicide, just because one person joined a group of people who come up with ideas to kill themselves. Myspace is way to big of site they are hundreds of millions of member, if you don't like then don't sign up for myspace or deleted the account, or just stop going. I personally know of the myspace problem but it is still myspace, we embrace these mistake and we are still on. I am myspace right now.

My real friends, three of which live in Arizona so Myspace actually comes in handy for my commutative purposes. I don't like the people with 300+ friends. I keep my "buddy list" limited to no more than 11.

As much as I hate myspace and its users. Under no circumstances should it be shut down. I mean the Internet is freedom to do and say w/e you want. There is no laws or policing of the Internet. There are illegal things you can do with the Internet, but no website that isn't breaking the laws should be shut down. Myspace is breaking no laws. However if a user is that is not there fault. so why should myspace be held accountable?
I don't use myspace so I don't know first hand, but from what I heard goes down ( news at 1100 horror stories) it needs some better moderation.
I, myself hate MySpace. Yet, I have one. Call me a hypocrite! MySpace is made dangerous by those teens who put pictures of themselves in provocative poses or other ways. Yeah, okay, you have to understand that there are some very weird sickos out there who will stalk you to harm you. No person you meet on this site is of trust unless you actually know them. So beware! As far as the topic: Yes, it should be closed because it takes to much time away from teens who should be doing more productive things. (Yes I know that forums aren't very productive, but I find myself here. Yet again, call me a hypocrite.)
