When people talk about Pay to Post, do they mean the forum access you can purchase with your points? I know it sounds obvious but I want to make sure.

It's kind of sporadic, but since access is so cheap and for whatever reason doesn't expire like it was intended to, it's a safe purchase. There are a lot of decent posts, and you can usually have a decent debate without some boarder-line retard ruining it.
