I think of it in two ways, Number one, the Generation of parents raising kids today are very young ones for the most part, and probably still use those words around their children even thogh in my own humble opinion, they shouldn't be.
I know personally that my brother swears like it's nobody's business and says things like "F*** you and *S/ut* all the time, and my Nephews are starting to hear it and believe it's acceptable speech.
I know that when I have a child, or children in my life? (I'm a guy) so I guess when my wife does, if they use that language they're getting grounded with No TV for a week. I think it's absolutely appauling for a Child of that age to be using those words, and this is coming from me: Who at 21 says "F***" every second word if he's angry, but there's no way it should be coming from a Child.
Also it brings up another word my nephews learned at 10 years old and 9 years old
"Masturbation" I was shocked when I heard him say the word "Masturbate" in front of me, There's just a few words that kids shouldn't be saying at that age, and that's one of em. but, you've got my opinion
