Not lately, they have always been stupid. That's because this forum is directed to kids/teenagers. You can't expect good quality threads with that. I made some good threads, but they got deleted...

Ha! Finally, a thread worth posting on! Someone actually posts what has been on my mind! Yes! Yes! Yes! Lately, I have noticed some rather pointless, and stupid threads(no offense to the OPs) that don't deerve any sort of conversation. I've noticed that they either come from noobs, or emotionally distraught members. I'm not mentioning names, but why would you post something so pretentious? I mean, the Misc forum is for anything almost, but no useless threads that don't mean anything! Some people post too much, not giving a chance to the other members or noobs to post, and I think that's rather annoying. Anyways, I've noticed that it could be for several reasons: Getting attention, more rep power, more posts and points for the sake of it, or for some strange reason unknown.(No offense, and please, no flame wars with me please! I'm just speaking my mind! And lately, it has been unheard, good thing we all spoke our minds here!).

I mean, he just joined on the 18th, and I admit I didn't get along with him, and that he makes too many threads, but don't you think we should all give noobs a chance? This is actually a thread worth responding to. The amount of pointless threads is beyond frustrating. And it's all the same people who are making them. They just need to stop.

Ah, but there's the problem. There's not anything we can do about it, rather than just get rid of rule breaking threads. The way I see it:

"Stop posting rule-breaking threads"
"Why"
"Because I said so"
"Heheheh, alright *Continue what I was doing*"

Not trying to be mean, just realistic.

Of course there is really nothing we can do about it but address it in this way because the number of topics like that have been disgustingly large in the past 2 weeks. They do come up a lot every now and then, but since I've joined, I've hardly seen anything like this...

Yeah, Misc. was getting kinda dull and repeatative until he started making some of those... strange threads =/ Most of them, as far as I've seen weren't intended to be heated debates and discussions, just good for a laugh and something to read.

He's only been around for.. not even a week and people are telling him to "leave the forum and die". .... We weren't perfect when we joined either, give him a break. Although I admit, a few of those were reallly bad, like the showers or bath one =/ That was neither funny nor a debatable topic but the other ones are at least good for some humor.... in most cases.
