I'd have to say asuka from evangelion. Just because it was suposed to be her natural hair color. I kind of dislike the ridiculous hair colors that are passed off as natural in a lot of anime. If the character is set up to be the type of person who would dye their hair bright pink or purple or whatever, that is ok. But I prefer more natural hair colors, or atleast believably dyed hair colors.
