Being single doesn't mean you are a total loner.
You might have friends to turn to or hang out with. So, being single is really not that dull if you have plans and take the initiative to do something fun with others.

actually i'm single as well, and yes single has it's ups and downs, however, i prefer to have a g/f :P in all honesty i like video games and stuff, but when it comes to a girl....well the video games can't take the place

is single dull? nah, not really i'd just prefer to have a girl, but atm i can't...or else my business would probably plummet because it needs my attention atm, having a g/f would just make my time go really fast...

I'm single and it can be dull and boring yes, but in the end there could be many different reasons why you're single in the first place... I guess it depends on the reasons behind it all. I have my friends and that's all I need right now, they keep me somewhat sane at least.

if you like the guy ask him out. I have responded really well to girls asking me out in the past. If he says no well guess what you just experienced something every man in history has felt so no big loss.

I hate being single ^^; I feel lonely when I see most of my friends with their boyfriend and such and I want to have someone to love and share feelings and other stuffs with too. Yes, it is in my opinion very boring, but it's up to you what you make of it. I'd never get a boyfriend just for the sake of getting one though.

I am single, and am lovin' it. Sure a girlfirend would be nice, but ouh well. DOesn't overly matter.

Besides I don't have alife, it only consists of: Warhammer, DnD, Video Games, Writing, reaserching, Hanging out with friends, pissing people off, and that's it.

Hadly interesting so I see why I AM single OTHER than I choose to be.

The downside being, yeah I miss her, nobody to share with, nobody to love with. Her lovely smile, eyes, laugh, attitude, personality, and to top it all off she was interested in me and was MY girlfriend. I was so damn "in love". I sometimes couldn't believe the bullshit that came out of my mouth when I was with her.
I mean what the hell was I thinking?! *sigh* That's LOVE I suppose.

The upside being, ever since I left my gf I've been alot clearer on things and can get stuff done.
Got time to hang with the guys, continued drawing and painting again, and I have alot more money now. LOL Sadly I feel like she was kind of holding me down.

And I can finally talk to other girls too and hang with them, and not fall in love with them, but it's all in good fun. -_O

I guess it's really not so bad...

Like other people say it has it's ups and downs.... I mean i can talk/mess/flirt with anybody. And nobody will tell my 'boyfriend' i'm flirting or messing with someone behind his back. I love flirting... but I love being in a relationship too.

I could be in one, but i choose not to be. My options are cute, but i wanna be single for right now anyway.

For me, for now, single is better. I had a very bad marriage and I will never do that again. I want someone that has the same interests as me. (like anime)
