Strength wise, I honestly don't know since they never fought each other officially.
Okay, let's try this.
Ukitake: Weakest Health. (But still one of the coolest Captain)
Komamura: I would think of him as weak only because He doesn't appear much in general.
Mayuri: Uh...yeah I know. People would probably disagree with me on this. He's beyond twisted for my liking, therefore emotionally weak in my opinion.

Eh its hard to say, mayuri is just so devious and intelligent, it gives him a huge edge over his opponents. Id have to say the weakest is Komamura, I mean strength isnt everything.

The weakest captain is Toshiro because he is the only captain with a bankai that haves a time limit.
Not that i hate toshiro or something but he is just the weakest.
Maybe it is because he is the youngest captain.

Uhm..i'd say, that scientist captain..which name has slipped my mind..Anyways, I think he's the weakest, mainly because of his bankai. What is it..some kind of catapillar with the face of a doll? o.O;
People might disagree but I think the weakest person ever is that old bald guy.. Y'know? They call him.. Sensei! Yeah, that's right.
I think he's weak because he doesn't do crap, if he actually did something useful it'd be much more easier for Soul Society..
