Well...um...yeah. I'm new to this whole thing...So I am what people 'round these webernets would call a "noob." So...here I go. *tremble tremble*

These sigs aren't bad for being the first ones you've made. I like the first one the best - the background colors match with the extract. You might try working on blending the image into the background instead of putting a dark shadow around it. I like the lines across the top and side, and the text is well placed, though you might want to work on color blending. Overall, nice siggy!

The background of the second one is much better, but the colors do not match with the extract. You might want to work on color matching with this one. If you're using photoshop, try selective color or changing the hue of the background. Overall, very nice sigs -keep posting! ^^

I personally like the second one better.
They are pretty good, and all you need to learn is how to mess with brushes and play with the blending of the extracts and everything.
I suggest watching those video tutorials that Serated has posted.
They'll help tremendously.
So I hope to see more of what you'll make in the future. =D

Those are pretty nice, but I think there are lot of spaces left to add some more effects. Maybe next time you should try to play around for different styles. But anyway, the last siggy you posted means improvement from your first creation.

It really lacks flow and the stock looks pretty choppy. You should use extractions instead of erasers if you need to get rid of backgrounds for your anime stocks. I like the colors and text works well though.

Even though it is winter where I am and I'm surrounded by white, fluffly snow, I felt like making something autumn related for some reason. So there it is!



And here's a new siggy that I'm not particularly proud of. I don't know why I used that text, though. It sounded good when I was making the siggy. *shrug* Oh well. XD

It's just a little big. The design in the back is nice and i like the color scheme.
The avatar's cute, but I think the orange is overwhelming. The actual render should take up more then half of the avatar, and it will look better. =3
The text is cute and i like the reflection, very creative.

For the "loving you from AFAR" sig, I like too. The design in teh background is cute, and so is the render. The black text doesn't really match. Maybe a lighter color other than black?

Overall, I'm very impressed. The signatures are very nicely done for a beginner. Keep up the good work!

@akari: Hmm...I was worried about the size a bit, but it seemed like nobody would notice. Guess you caught me! xD I was a little disappointed at the reflection of the text, though. The lines don't go through it and as I said to Saku-chan, I wanted to get to bed. XD I'll keep working on my avies. Maybe one of these days I'll actually do it a decent time instead of 30 minutes before bedtime. *shrug* The "Loving you from AFAR" siggy was a challenge with the text color for me. I couldn't find the right color! And I was getting frustrated!! So I just went with black before I punched a hole in the monitor. What kinda color do you think would be dark enough to read, yet light enough to go with the color scheme?

Nice and Beautiful!
The background colors go with the render and its juts looks quite pretty together.The text goes along slightly as well but I reccommend making the text slightly bigger.It may look a little cuter.Thats my opinion though.Although the render does look a little slight to bright,maybe either sharpening it more would help or lowering down the brightness and contrast.(Since your using PDN).Anyway all together its terrific!
