How many episodes of any anime can you watch a day?

I just wanted to ask people about this. The most I can watch is 40 a day, depending on which video site I use. The least I could watch(if I watched any) is 3 or 4.

If you're watching more than 30+ episodes in a day, you're most likely skimming rather than sitting and watching it all.

Not saying that's everyone, but a lot of people I know just skip to the eye catching parts of something, watch 10 minutes of a 25 minute episode, and claim to have watched it.

I can do 10-15 in a sitting.

It really depends on the series I'm watching ~
If it's constantly gripping etc, then Hmm, about 10 episodes, give or take.

On the otherhand, if there's fillers involved and such, five or six.

though chances are that at some point sleep will demand attention - but its not often that I watch like that = you tend to miss stuff as the hours progress

it really depend on the anime because I am not going to waste my time with a boring anime even if it is really good then not much, however i was able to watch all 7 episodes of Fooly Cooly in a single day i had recorded them and never got around to watching them so I did other than that maybe 1 or 2 in a single sitting

hey im a guy with no life, i just pull up 5 video at once and change another 5 every half hour XD. woo, it takes the fun and the entertainment but hey when your talking about time, it doesnt wait for anyone gotta be resourceful T_T @_@.

I can usually watch as much as possible between work, food, bathroom, and sleep so thats almost 22 episodes. Back in the day I could watch anime all day minus food and bathroom time, almost 45 episodes.

Thats invalid, I'm able to sit an watch anywhere from 45 to 50 episodes in just one sitting watching the entire episodes and retaining what it was about. There are however some that do that though. I only watch this amount of episodes on days I don't have school or work, particularly the weekend. But hey, the winter break is here so the sky is the limit now.

About 20 or so if I'm marathoning anime. Sometimes I'll watch ten, take a break and then watch more. I watched Negima, Host Club, and Sumomomo momomo practically straight-through.^^;

i dont watch anime shows on the internet caus efor some reason you tube doesnt work for me so i just buy the dvd's of the show...but the most i can watch is 34

On one day when i had nothing else to do i watched 40 skipping only the beginning song and the credits. When I got hungry or needed to go to the bathroom I would just wait to get to the next episode. start buffering it and do my buisiness as fast as i could and come back.

I went from Bleach episode 50 to 98 in one day before.
So just about I would have to say about 20-45 eps of an anime if I have completely nothing to do.^^

That's 30 minutes- with commercials. If you are watching on a DVD, or some similar fashion, ideally you can watch 65.45... 22 minute episodes (22-23 minutes is about average, if I remember correctly) in a 24 hour period.

Depends on the anime and how the episode are split on Youtube. With Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, I managed to watch six or seven episodes a day. (Too long in front of the computer, I know; I took breaks) I liked KKJ, though, so that's why I watched the whole thing.
But if an anime disinterests me or the first episode doesn't impress me, I'll just leave it at that.

How can you enjoy anime if u watch something like 30 episodes a day? can't imagine it really...

the maximum i've seen in one day is 4 but the average is 2...I like to pay attention to detail...like music...especially in good series...i sometimes even repeat episodes before i move on to the next ones...

guess i'm not as anime-hungry as most people here
