I did get Jupiter Ghost though, which is a Rick Dom kitbash. Besides, I prefer the normal Doms (Atmospheric use) over Rick Doms (Space use) just because the Black Tri-stars used them and they skim over the ground (which Rick Doms don't do simply because they don't fight in gravity). And the stuff from ur av reminds me of Daughtress btw.

you know, i never thought that they looked like it....hmm....you mean th green guy? (enemy mech) you should see the slimer versions of the enemy mechs, they are the first IAA armors, and the first UEG suits are also smaller, the beamsaber mech is a newer, faster, more agile UEG mech....but i don't need to explain PreVa's story, this is about something different

bout ur offer well i cant ri8 now i own a comshop see and my gf's goin to canada (and left me alone a few mothns in asia T_T) so i have to manage it by myself, and sometimes i do get paid for spriting there are lots of rpgmaker communities out there that sometimes ppol request me for sideview battlers they pay for 15~35-50$ per whole sprite sheet.


oh and after i post my mech sprites can you guys help me out and give them names?

realy didnt like that show its ahhh umm hmmm how to put it have you watched any of them old gundams? that would show the diff. bout that show and the new MS-G expt for G-00 =) i kinda like it.(sorry i cant explain it. its kinda hard to describe space colony wars vs some backyard slub who pick up a robot on a junk shop) BUT i must say i like the mechs those alien holds

I must mention that some of the mech designs don't go together very well. For example, I really like the one you made on the top left, but compared to it, the 1st 2 you made look cheap/badly made and don't fit in the style.

Also, what kind of names do you want?

-Generalistic names or such that simply hint to the function "Alpha-1", "Tank-59" or "Striker mk II".
-Names derived from Events or places (modern military does this) like "Philadelphia", "Bonaparte" or "Queen Mary II".
-Names derived from Mythology, like "Ganesha mk IV", "Thor's Hammer" or "Nefertari".
-Combination of any with Generalistics, like "Philadelphia Striker mk III" or "Nefertari Guardian". This also counts with itself like "Alpha Tank" or "Gun Striker"

The "mk XX" or numbers/possible serial codes are optional.

light ones are fast moving mechanoids with low amount of fire power execpt the orange one with the big retractable beam cannon

heavy ones high power, high def but poor speed

mid ones are well balance
bout the purple one its in d story you know his first gear then its remodeled and fixed up the last one is kinda like a 1 hit evolution ^_^ but you know what im sayin.

oh yeah can you help me out with character profiles say their personality?

times others scold him for his soft heart, Although this is the case, being a passifist, ____ hopes his teammates will one day be able to see the world his way. Even though he has just recently pilot a Gear his skills are ashtonoshing and have been improving everytime he drives his Gear.

im kinda having a hard time describing the enemy ranks

Hainaku Fletcher: (she is suppose to be the 2nd rank in the military forces under the king)
you know how to describe her piloting skills attitude and sum it up to a good character profile. im kinda having a hard time how to describe one well she's an enemy pilot supposively like ice cold killer drives a LWG(light weight gear). and she also kinda like seductive and stuff

Well basically you should patch up your people with an array of characteristics, this can be combined with outside appearance and habits to create a character. These attributes can harmonize with eachother, for example a very proper by-the-book person who loyally follows what he believes in and does things professionally who also looks very proper and has a strict expression in his face. But having contradictive attributes can also make an interesting character, like a large brutal looking muscular person with scary face and a scar across one eye who likes poetry, is shy with women and wouldn't harm a fly.

Possible attributes to make up a character with:

Outside Appearance (Good looking? Ugly? Rigid? Calm?)
Example: Haruki Hanai from School Rumble can easily be recognized and his appearance which resembles Bruce Lee with glasses underlines his personality as proper person who trains martial arts and has good grades at school.

Background/Motives (Hard childhood? Unknown mysterious past?)
Example: When Naruto was young, the Pokeball was not invented yet so people used him to catch a Ninetails, leading to a sad childhood resulting in his naughty behavior and gives material for flashbacks.

Overall characteristic behavior (Energetic? Strict? Shy? Hot-headed?)
Example: Naru Narusegawa is a hothead and one fuse short of a cannon, but also a shy girl on the inside leading to many delightful to catastrophic events as she does not accept that she loves Keitarou.

Habits (Wants to eat all the time? Things of him/herself as most good looking of all?)
Example: In Rozen Maiden, most of the dolls have a characteristic language tick like Suiseiseki always ending her sentences with "Desu", which has become a fundamental attribute of the characters.

@dollmage: when we get our mech pics up, i'll show you them as reference pics as well, but as it is we have over 20 mechs......so....you know......it'll take a while.... i could get you some pics soon though, if you want

nah its ok i can wa8 im still learning how land type M.S. and other mech works and the missle/rocket launch/fire the beams, machine/sub machine gun/normal guns/cannon ehh you get the idea when they are use in combat so i could fluently animate their skills and attack's. and 8th team surely helps alot bout it.

Lazorz are fun and all, but having actual gunfire and cannons (especially for artillery) gives this realistic feel. Physical artillery that gets dragged down by gravity and explode on impact just looks more authentic for war than a large laser cannon imo.

im having a hard time making the animation for multi missle -.- its lot more easier to make a huge lazer beam -.- good thing i made the hero's special after gundam-x (did i get it ri8? the one who gets the energy from the moon via the channeling of the girl on the gundam) and i watched few eps. of BiG-O @_@ man the mechs look's unique so what you guys think is it worth watching? oh yeah do you guys think i should go for beam sword weapons like the gundam uses... or just normal weapons? oh yeah any know of a mech that has good looking booster on its back?

Big-O is worth watching if you like super robot anime in general. And when animating multiple missiles watch the Itano circus to see how it works XD
