What I think of it... Hmm... Let's see. There's 14 state in my country. My state, is call borneo. The biggest state of my country. Well, I don't really proud of my country but I do proud with my hometown. It have more than 50 races. I love it because It's peaceful!

When it's not freezing cold, it's raining or shrouded in blistering heat. Surprisingly often, several of the above. Midnight sun some summer months, sun sets 2 PM some winter months. We used to get snow, but now with global warming and whatnot, it melts away two days after it falls to the ground.

I tend not to be proud of "accidents of birth" such as my race, state or country where I was born, heritage, etc. In my opinion you may as well say, "I'm proud I was born with 10 fingers and 10 toes".

I think my country was built with a framework that by design grants it a great deal of potential, but its population needs a great deal of help before even a fraction of that potential can be reached.

Well... I don't really like the U.S.A, so I'm gonna talk about California (since it will be part of Canada soon enough!).

I live in the Bay Area... and there are no seasons here o_O;. We have Winter and Summer... and that's it. Where I live, it's really ghetto. And it also happens to be one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S XD! But it's nice over here. I live in a very liberal (no, I'm not trying to start a flame war, so no one quote me on this) area, which is a thumbs up for me : D!

My country, huh? I don't know if you mean where I was born, or my race. I'm Chinese American with Japanese features, but I'm not going to tell you about China or Japan! I'll tell you about my city, Pittsfield instead! Pittsfield has a population of about, 40,000. It is a small town, but not the smallest. It sucks to be here because it's boring and there's nothing to do here! Nothing ever exciting ever happens either! The most exciting thing that happens in this one-horse town, is fights! We rarely have more than 4 story buildings and the biggest we got is a hotel by the name of Crowne Plaza. Everybody is quiet, and rarely is it loud...well, not my area ayways! My area is loud, because I live in the heart of downtown, and people disturb the peace! And the number of sex-offenders in Pittsfield is quite alot!(Lickily these individuals are not wanted by the police!) They say, "Pittsfield is no place for hate!" What do you think some people do in our small comunity? Anyways, I'll post more on Pittsfield later...and I'll also tell of my birthplace: St.Croix, if anyone cares! Sorry if this is not on the "country" I live in!

My country is full od problems, in my opinion. As for Michigan, my state, it's one of the few states I've seen where you can experience all four seasons in... less than two hours? On Monday of last week it was 57 degrees (F) out... When I woke up the next morning the ground was covered in a foot and a half of snow, everything else was iced over and the temperature was somewhere around 21 .__. It's an interesting state at least >.>;

My country is lead by complete and utter tools who will allow anyone to push them around. Bobby Fischer is an example; the guy was fleeing from the law and because he was good at chess and played some dumb match, we gave him an Icelandic citizenship. Afterwards he refused to have anything to do with us.

And then he died.

My country thinks very highly of itself but we suck at everything. We suck at football, handball, basketball, hockey - our educational system is weak and all our prices are overblown.

As for my country's environment, read Eris's post. It is strikingly (and suspiciously) similar, if not identical.
