Sunday Or Monday?

ok i have been sadly contemplating with this stupid topic for awhile

but do you think sunday or monday is the beginning of the week/weekend?
also which day is better for you, a sunday or a monday?

i feel like mondays starts it truly, but growing up in youth i had learned that sunday is the beginning of the weekend due to stupid songs i had to learn

this confuses me cause people will tell me monday is the beginning of the week
and also aren't a week and a weekend two different things?
sometimes people think its the same thing
sometimes a weekend is 7 days or 3 days to people
and a week is 7 or 5 days
so wouldn't that mean sunday starts the weekend and is the 1st day of the 7 day weekend?
does that make it the 1st day of the week too?

i ask this people this question a lot and most people say it's monday
but i grew up learning that it was sunday
i feel that they are stupid due to learning whatever crap i learned in childhood even though mondays feel like the beginning of the week/weekend to me

i also like mondays better cause i feel more energized to do things as a fresh start cause of school, then when i loathing with boring homework to do on a long sunday

Well for me it's monday for currently that's when school starts.


But I can assume that after College, a week starts after 7 days, whatever the 1st day was for I'll just be doing things daily.

I grew up knowing that sunday's the beginning of the week. But people say that monday's the beginning. So I guess majority wins. Monday's the beginning of the week. I like sunday more because relaxing is my routine and I get to do that the whole day on sunday. =3

mother says sunday is the begining but i refuse to listen I say its monday. But most might think that because we start school on monday...maybe...Not to sure but Sundays are worse casue i stress out over monday on sunday.

monday, all the way. You can tell because when you are doing something on sunday, you know that the weekend is going to end soon. and a WEEKEND is just that, the END of a week(I.E. sunday is the END). therefore it is monday

i say its monday that starts the week, i mean even in the bible it says that sunday is the seventh day, therefore making monday first.

Around here Sunday is the beginning of the actual week but Monday is the beiginning of the school/work week and ends on Friday. That's how I learned it.

I usually see Sunday as the beginning of the week...and Monday as the beginning of the school week.I wouldn't count Sunday as part of the weekend because with something like School following the next day, you can't really relax too much.

The week doesn't have an end, or rather, it's arbitrary. Most measures of time really have no definitive intrinsic beginning or end. If you say "one week from now", you define the beginning and the end of a week.

So, in conclusion: The week begins and ends today, tomorrow, in three days, yesterday, your birthday, the anniversary of Napoleon's death, the leap days that weren't, etc.

Well I guess it's different with a lot of people but for those who go to school, Monday starts our week and ends with Friday. The week end starts with Saterday and ends with Sunday. If you asks me, you can concider a week end with a period that a person dosent work or dosent go to school but I could also be wrong too

Monday is the start of the week for me, the start of the ghastly school. The sunday is the last day before the "schools of today" and the last day that I can sleep as long as I desire... I am a exemplary B person. I HATE MORNINGS!
