Lacus. For one reason; Kajiura Yuki.

Lacus and Meer are both voiced by Tanaka Rie, so you can't really say that one has a better voice than the other. It all just depends on the style of music you like and which character you like better. At least that's what I think.

I have, I sleep with Rie Tanaka's soft singing. I Don't know, I like Lacus better because I think Meer is a bit annoying, but more realistic because she has sins like everyone else.

I think Lacus, I don't like Meer's a bit forced voice. But I do like Meer's rendition of songs better. It makes me alive!

Meer's songs are upbeat, I know. What is annoying for me is she works for ZAFT, which wants "peace" by suppressing other nations. Lacus is better.
