On a Japanese cell phone, instead of "contacts" (you know, as in the list of names of people you have on there) would it say コンタクト or would it be more like 連絡会?
Or is it something entirely different?

On mine, it's called "phone book". I'll check my hubby's phone to see what it says on his.

mine says アドレス帳 (address book)
i guess u could also have 宛先一覧. this is difficult to translate into natural english, but 宛先 means like 'To'. and 一覧 means 'list'
連絡会 is definitely out. coz something + 会 means a party or organization
My friend Yuko is a forgein exchange student and it looks similair to his sorry if it does not help アドレス帳
or it could be 接触
